At Plife, we value customer satisfaction and strive to meet your needs to the best of our ability. As we specialize in custom-made products, please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. However, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team with any concerns, and we will do our best to address your issue.

Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will work with you to evaluate the issue and ensure that it is resolved promptly. You can contact us at service@plife.art.

Non-returnable Items
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or changes in mind. This policy applies to all personalized and custom-designed items.

Exceptions
In rare cases where there is a defect, damage, or an error in your order, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate this process.

How to Report an Issue

  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

Once your issue is verified, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include sending a replacement or offering a refund in rare cases.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to product defects or damages, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
